For generosity to happen in a church the spirit must be present. Only the HOLY spirit can produce in us. We also give this freedom of repentance and generosity Our generosity is limited by the boundaries that are defined by what we value more than God. Anything we withhold from others has a tighter grip on us than Gods grace......no matter what others have done.
