20 then teach them the statutes and the laws, and make known to them the way in which they are to walk and the work they are to do. We as leaders, teachers, pastors, evangelist, etc. are responsible to do this. Then we are to choose those we have taught and put them in positions and let them operate in the will of God. We can not do everything. The control is not ours, but it is God's. The church id not ours. The ministries is not ours. Nor is the sermons and the lessons. All of these things belong to GOD. He is the Head , the Owner, and the Authority over all
