There are three heavens Hebrews 4:14- we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens 2 Cor 12:2- was caught up to the third heaven --> must be 3 heavens at least, although the bible doesn't mention the 1st and 2nd one as directly 3. 1st Heaven - Skies/troposphere The word translated "air" is ouranos, the same Greek word that is elsewhere translated "heaven." James 5:8 Deut. 11:17- he will shut the heavens so that it will not rain and the ground will yield no produce, Deut 28:12 Judges 5:4 Acts 14:17
