"And to the angel of the church in Smyrna write: 'The words of the first and the last, who died and came to life.

"'I know your tribulation and your poverty (but you are rich) and the slander of those who say that they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.

Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Behold, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and for ten days you will have tribulation. Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life.

Vs.8 still a Christian church in Smyrna today. 11 Corth 2:15
We are the fragrance of Christ.
Vs 9 he knows our tribulation and what we are going through.
It directly affects Him. We are rich in his blessings. Col.2 in Christ are all the mysteries of wisdom and knowledge are. All our needs in him.
Our assets in Christ out weigh our liabilities in this life.
Store all our riches for above.
Vs. 10 We will have tribulation, but do not fear, he will always be with us through all of our trials. We will be tested for our faith. There is a purpose in suffering. 1Pet.1:6-7 tested by the fire
God gives us what we need when we need it.
He knows the crushing of the trails we face. Crown of life when we run the race for The Lord.
