Whoever keeps his commandments abides in God, and God in him. And by this we know that he abides in us, by the Spirit whom he has given us.

Vs4 sin defines you and you practice sin you do not live in him.
For me or against me.. Test ourselves to obedience.
Vs 9 born of God practices a life style of holiness.
Gal 2:20 we are not of the world and should not practice sin.
In me His seed abides. Can't do those things that we used to do with the seed in us.
